Abstract

The research conducted with the issue of law enforcement against violations of local regulations to the sellers of liquor without license. The purpose of this research was to examine the implementation of sanctions against unlicensed liquor sellers and to determine the constraints of law enforcement officers in carrying out sanctions against liquor without a license in violation of local regulations Sleman district. The method that I use is normative. The results of this research unlicensed liquor sellers were arrested by the police the evidence seized his case transferred to the court. The judges examine cases with an examination of fast events misdemeanor. The convict who has been 3 times entered court awarded a penalty that would increase or be imprisonment. The constraints experienced by law enforcement officials are selling liquor without license held in private and coorperation between the police by the public is less well established.
