Abstract

The research objective was to determine how land use and utilization of cash in the District Wonosari Village, Gunungkidul and to determine whether the use and utilization of land in the village of Kas has to realize the goal Wonosari District Spatial Plan Areas Regulation No. 6 of 2011 KabupatenGunungkidul. This type of study is an empirical legal research is research that focuses on people's behavior as the main data of this research is descriptive and analytical. Data analysis was performed qualitatively used to deduce the inductive method of thinking. Conclusions from the study is that the use and utilization of land in the District Wonosari village treasury, Gunungkidul not in accordance with the decree No. 23 of 2008. Use and land use are largely not obtain the consent of the Governor and those who use and exploit the land of the village treasury should not be allowed to make use of land the village treasury. The use of cash and land use has changed the designation of the village which was originally agricultural land into non agricultural land so that land use and utilization of the village treasury has not been able to realize the goal of Gunungkidul Kabupeten Local Regulation No. 6 of 2011 on Spatial Planning Gunungkidul, which embody the district as business development center, which is based on agriculture, fisheries, forestry and local resources to mendukun tourist destinations. Spatial speckle goal can be realized because the reality of land use and utilization of the village treasury partly used for shops and buildings was established.
