Abstract

Legal Issues examined in this study is what is taken into consideration Yogyakarta Adisutjipto Airbase Commander in providing a high recommendation buildings. The purpose of this research is to find out what the Base Commander consideration Adisutjipto Yogyakarta in providing a high recommendation buildings. The method used in this research is normative juridical means that legal research focuses on the norms that include regulatory legislation have relevance to the legal issues are examined. The study also requires secondary data or law in the form of oral and written opinion of experts or authorities. Conclusions or results obtained in this study, namely, that before the applicant will build the applicant must submit a picture frame building to the commander Lanud Yogyakarta Adisucipto. On the plane flight activities such as take off, landing, and holding that relate to the environment around the airport area, the height of buildings should not be more than 45 meters except for objects such as hills, temples, volcanoes. If a building or object is naturally located area of aviation safety, but allegedly allowed although the height might jeopardize the safety of flight operations, it must be marked or installed lights. However, if the object is an object does not remain such as buildings, towers or billboards, it will be cutting against the object.
