Abstract
In this development era, the development of information and technology has been increased, including the increase of people awareness of the field of health that is developing recently is traditional treatment services. It offers traditional treatment put many advertisement in order to get as many advertisement in order to get as many as people. The services provided is sometimes not appropriate with the advertisement provided so it can harm the consumers. Therefore, this study will discuss about what responsibility the business people of traditional treatment take towards the consumers. The type of this research by exploring literatures and positive law norm in the forms of legislation. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the responsibility of business people of traditional treatment towards consumers.consumers can ask for accountability to the business by using the have the protection of consumers. However, the position of consumers who are too weak to disprove the business
