Abstract

Based on theproblems that have been formulated then, the purposes of this study are: 1. To know the judical profession to police prepetrator of fraud had been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations; 2. To determine the obstacles in the implementation of the police profession justice perpetrators of fraud. Law research are normative legal writting is by abstracting through a process of positive legal norms in the form of systematic laws that describe and analyze the structure and the positive law. Normative research is research that focuses on norms and these studies require secondary data as the main data. Judical profession to police perpetrators of criminal acts of fraud conducted by Police D.I Yogyakarta in accordance with Law No.2 of 2002 on the Indonesian National Police, PPRI No.1 year 2003 on committing a crime, the Regulation No. 14 of 2011 on the Code of Professional Polisi and Perkap No.19 Year 2012 on Organizational Structure and Wotk Procedure Code Commission the Indonesian National Police. Although it has been according to the rules but the opennes of the judiciary is quite minimal profession to the public and their non legal factors are quite influential in the process Judical profession. Obstacles that Yogyakarta Police Departement must face in applying the law and order concerningto the law profession is the completion time for general court in resulting permanent/inkrachtdecission for police members who commit crime, so the issue in the lawprofession looks uncertain.
