Abstract

The purpose of this law is to determine and analyze whether efforts are undertaken by the Police Sleman in tackling Circulation of Narcotics conducted by Minor Children in Areas Sleman, as well as to find about what are the constraints Police Sleman in tackling Circulation of Narcotics conducted by Minor Children in Sleman regency. This research is a normative law, with a focus on norms (law in the books), requires secondary data (material law) as the main data, while the primary data as support. In this study, the norm is that the Act No. 35 Year 2009 on Narcotics thorough and Law No. 35 Year 2014 regarding Child Protection. Source of data collected by the study of literature in the form of primary legal materials relating Norma Positive Law, the books relating to illicit traffic in narcotic problem, tertiary materials used to give an explanation of the primary legal materials and secondary legal materials consisting of a dictionary. the results of original research, websites and newspapers relating to preventive and repressive action against the proliferation of illicit trade that could undermine the future of Indonesian society. Methods of data collection using literature study, interview with the head of the police opsnal sleman bin division and methods of analysis is done by understanding the assembling or reviewing the data collected systematically
