Abstract

Undesirable pregnancy especially victims of rape basically brought bad for victims. Abortion is an action that is expected to reduce the suffering experienced by the victim. Act No. 39 of 2009 about health and Government Regulation Number 61 by 2014 About reproductive health, allow abortion due to rape. Based on the above background, then the problem can be drawn as follows: How does the implementation of abortion based on pregnancy due to rape and constraints in the implementation of the Act of abortion based on pregnancy due to rape. Methodology this research is research methods normative. This study focused on the positive legal norms established in the regulations on abortion based on pregnancy due to rape by virtue of Act No. 39 of 2009 about health and Government Regulation Number 61 by 2014 About reproductive health.
