Abstract

This law’s written discusses a review about The judicial observation of determination suspect and victims in human trafficking’s case that prostitution lead to action. This research is a normative research, this research use library’s reviewing and interview to. because of that in this research the written use the secondary data which include primary legal material, secondary and tertiary. This research concluded that the Undang-Undang no 21 tahun 2007 has scoop about determination suspect and victims in human trafficking’s especially to classification a person becoe victims and what rights can be accepted by the victims but the national law not accommodate all interests to eliminate the human trafficking crime, because it does not regulate the different of sex slaves and prostitution, next for do prevention’s action to human trafficking crime the police officers also has the discretion and can do some coordinate with social ministries.
