Abstract

This thesis is about the evidence's tools in the level of investigation for children with disabilities as an intercourse's victin1. The research aims is to know about the evidence's tools in the level ofinvestigation for children with disabilities as an intercourse's victims. This research i use nornlative law, where is the data vvere collected by literature study, in terview and doclunents. The research findings, show that evidence's tools that is used in this case such as witness statements, expertise statements, and letter along with the statements from defendant. Witness statements has been obtainedfrom the victim, witnesses and a letter in the form of Visum Et Repertum from Wates Hospital. The statelnents of the suspect obtained from the suspects namely AS, TS, WN and HS which stated and adlnitted this indicent action with victin1. The evidence's tools which are not used in this investigation level are the evidence's tools in the form ofexpertise statements and hints. Investigators didn't bring the expertise but rather bring sign language interpreter to easily comlnunicate with the victim.
