Abstract

This law research entitled “Law Protection from Discrimination for Disable People in Working Life.” This research purpose is to know How law protection from discrimination for disable people who are discriminated in working field. This law research uses normative method with legal normative approach, meaning this research focuses on positive legal norms. The numbers of employees who are registered on Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta based on Pemantauan Perusahaan Pengguna Penyandang Cacat the year of 2013-2015 approximately 3.894 male employees and female employees, and 160 disable employees. In fact, until now disabled people still get discrimination In obtain the right to work so that need to be investigated whether the regulations of law in who passed already provide protection in accordance with the rules that applies or not. This research result that law protection from discrimination provide to disable people already well protected
