Abstract

Judiciary as one of the law enforcement agencies are required to do more to uphold the rule of law, protection of public interest, upholding human rights, and the eradication of corruption, collusion and nepotism. In line with the demands of reform, combating corruption is one of the main agenda and the main task to be carried out by the Judiciary. Sleman District Prosecutor Intelligence role in the eradication of corruption cases in Sleman is to conduct an investigation which preceded the event information indicative of corruption. Further followed by the creation and issuance of a warrant.Implementing Intelligence data collection and the collection of information materials.
