Abstract

Law No. 12 of 1995 concerning the correctional particular Article 14 gives explicit recognition of the rights of prisoners, one of them the right to obtain health services. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that hinder the provision of the right to health care for inmates suffering from severe pain in correctional institutions Dompu West Nusa Tenggara district .. The method used in this research is a normative legal research methods that focus on the positive legal norms in the form of legislation.
