Abstract

This Law Writing/Thesis is entitled “LEGAL PROTECTION OF CHILDREN WHO BECOME VICTIMS OF CRIME” Children are very susceptible to physical violence is a criminal offence for which the child is a human being who is still very weak and is in need of mentoring and protection from adults. Child protection is an activity to guarantee and protect the rights of the child in order to live, grow, flourish, and participated, optimally in accordance with the dignity and the dignity of humanity, as well as the protection from violence and discrimination. The responsibilities and duties of parents, families, communities and Governments to protect children from criminal acts of physical violence.
