Abstract

This legal research is entitled to difable implementation of accessibilitycompliance in Sleman Health Center. The issue raised is whether the factors that led to unmet health center accessibility for difable in Sleman and efforts are made to meet the District Government of Sleman is accessibility. The results of the writing of this law is expected to provide input to the science of thinking in the field of disability law studies, especially regarding accessibility for difable. This type of legal research is empirical legal research. The analytical method used was qualitative analyst is looking for data that correspond to objects in a way researchers study the literature and interviews conducted directly to the respondent that the District Government of Sleman. The result of this research is the implementation in compliance with accessibility for difable of Sleman unmet health centers because there are few barriers to implementation such as of Sleman District Government has no specific budget for the provision of accessibility for difable, of Sleman, District Government still expects the participation of the community for the provision of accessibility, there are legal products not applied, and the lack of awareness of the whole society that difable (disabled) have the right to obtain rights of government and the accessibility of the efforts made in the District Government of Sleman accessibility for difable is to provide public services particularly in health.
