Abstract

This study contains the acquisition of lands for the construction of flyovers Jombor , the purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation and obstacles that occur in the procurement of land by the local government of Yogyakarta in the construction of fly over Jombor in Sleman . The research method is empirical and data collection by interview . These results indicate that the government has done the procedure of land acquisition in accordance with the procedure set out in Undang-Undang Number 2 of 2012. There are several obstacles that arise during the process of land acquisition such as the incompatibility issue of compensation , land measurement problems that are not appropriate , and there some parties that could not be present at the deliberation stage . But overall the DIY government has done the procedure of land acquisition in accordance with applicable regulations
