Abstract

Law enforcement efforts in combating corruption in the country in on its way is not easy. All the way to eradicate corruption from the beginning and the validaty af state formation and nation indonesian has andergone a change, but remains at its core is the same, enforcement against unscrupulous criminals who increasingly widespread happen today. Community participation in taking part in helping to solve corruption in the prevention of anation then we need to make improvements in various aspects. In its development it not impossible but it is undeniable that law enforcement against perpetrators of corruption in an effort to eliminate them have been made in preventive measures and repressive. Constraints faced by law enforcement officials also are common. Specialy for the society this law inscription has purpose to know about corruption in the govermant functionary at Sleman.
