Abstract
In the business sector workers was one of the stakeholders that are not replenished his position. Every business entity must have a worker moves to guarantee their business activities continue to run with it well. In the present where gender equality between men and women is already balanced is not strange for us to see a female worker. In contrast to male workers female workers will undergo a phase not experienced by male workers, namely phase of pregnancy and breastfeeding. In contrast to male workers workers during this phase of breastfeeding women workers have the right to breastfeed her child as long as it works.the reason for this thesis raised the topic of how the implementation of the rights of women workers in the normative give BREAST MILK Exclusively.
