Abstract

This study titled Function Code of Police in Preventing Abuse of Authority As Law Enforcement Officers. The problems of this research is the police code of ethics Is already be applicable to members of the police as law enforcement officers and Are there any obstacles in implementing sanctions against members of the police who violate the code of ethics of the police. The benefits of this research are expected to be useful for the development of legal science in general and in particular to the criminal procedure law of the functioning of the code of conduct of the police in preventing abuse of authority as law enforcement officers. The method used in this study is the use of normative legal research. This study examines the Police Code of Conduct.
