Abstract

Title legal issues that writers write is ASSISTANCE TO CHILDREN BEING SEXUAL VIOLENCE VICTIM WITNESS IN CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION OF THE CASE. The background issue of title problems that the lack of harmonization between the laws on child protection, juvenile justice systems and the protection of witnesses and victims of the parties to provide assistance. The purpose of writing the legal problem is to determine which party is obliged to provide assistance and to determine the need for assistance to children who are victims of sexual violence witness in a criminal case investigation. This type of research is normative and qualitative analysis methods used then use the methods of literature study the primary legal materials and secondary legal materials and methods of interviews with sources.
