Abstract

ABSTRACT Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi is independent institution which has duty and authority to eradication criminal act of corruption. Many parties hesitating the authority of Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi on assignment independent searcher and investigator. In fact, assignment searcher and investigator who came from the outside institution of police department and attorney always be the parties weapon which has specific interest to against Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi. The authority of Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi assignment searcher and investigator contained in Article 24 Paragraph (2) and Article 39 Paragraph (2) Undang-undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2002 tentang Komisi Pemberantas Korupsi. Currently procedure and criteria assignment decanted in rule of komisi pemberantasan korupsi. Many kind of corruption case cause Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi needed searcher and investigator who have special ability, which purpose into optimized corruption eradication that exist in Indonesia.
