Abstract

The Protection of children's rights is an obligation that must be carried out by the State, Government, and society. Basically, the protection of the rights of the child imed at efforts so that children can grow and develop well. This research was conducted to find out about the implementation and protection of Child who followed is mother is undergoing Imprisonment in Correctional Institutions Wirogunan Yogyakarta The type of research that is done is the normative legal research i.e. Research which focuses on positive forms of legal norms and regulations. Types of data used include primary law, secondary legal materials and legal materials tertiary.
