Abstract

The title of this legal writing is “ The National Narcotics Agency Province Yogyakarta In The Eradication Of Narcotics”. The aim of the author is to know how and narcotics. The method used is a normative legal method,this method focuses on the applicable legal rules, The legal basis used is regulation No. 35 year 2009. Result from this study is that the implementation of the narcotics in region of Yogyakarta has been quite good, but still there some obstacles are still lack of the personnel and the limited budget received. Based on those contraints author gives suggestions for National Narcotics Agency Province Yogyakarta in order to add more personnel and to be more selective in choosing the personnel as well as updating the equipments that can support in the eradication of narcotics.
