Abstract

This research is titled Administration Law Enforcement through the Violation of Permits Building License for Business at Klaten. The background of this research is because there are some Buildings for business in Klaten has no Permits Building License. The problem formulations are 1. How does the Administration Law Enforcement solve the problems of Building for business that has no Permits Building License in Klaten? 2. What are the efforts of government to uphold the administration law through the Permit Building License for business in Klaten? This research uses normative law. The results are 1. Civil service police unit gives 4 punishments (a) Persuasive approach (b) Warning letter (c) Release and sealing (d) Building destruction. 2. The government effort to uphold the administration law through the Violation Permits Building License for business is government officials have made guidance to every entrepreneur how one to register their business but they do not have Permits Building License yet, and the government keep controlling by using SKPD and also harsh prosecution.
