Abstract

Thesis with the title Overview of Implementation BPJS Private University For Workers In this DIY is focused on the following issues: How is the implementation of health workers BPJS on Private Universities in D.I.Yogyakarta. The study of this paper aims to identify and obtain data on the implementation of the health of workers BPJS on Private Universities in D.I. Yogyakarta and know and obtain data regarding the constraints in the implementation of health workers BPJS on Private Universities in D.I. Yogyakarta. This study is an empirical law that in a study conducted on the behavior / behavior of the legal community, this research is conducted directly to the respondents as the main data are supported by secondary data consists of primary legal materials and secondary law. The results of this study concluded that: the implementation of the Health BPJS Workers in Private Universita in D.I. Yogyakarta, the participation of the participants BPJS been followed by all employees who work at the University of Atma Jaya Yogyakarta (UAJY), University Tjokroaminoto Yogyakarta (UCY), University of Jana Badra Yogyakarta (UJB), and Kristen Imanuel University Yogyakarta (UKRIM). Besides the workers and the university had made payments BPJS dues in accordance with Regulation Legislation applicable. As for the benefits of workers on the application of BPJS that workers feel already get services that meet the expectations and needs.
