Abstract

This thesis discuss about the implementation of land procurement for toll construction to realizing the act no. 2 of 2012 in Malang. This procurement raises a problem which causing society cant receive compensation. That problem occurs because the value of compensation isn’t commensurate with cost which society spent before the land acquisition happened. Empirical approach is used for solve this problem. The writing is do with basic study litelature and interview. The result of research on the implementation of land procurement. hasn’t been implemented maximally. That was caused an error from assessment team who calculate the value of compensation. That error causing misunderstandings between the parties who has right and the assessment committe and also excecutive committe. The completion of the implementation of restitution begins with discussion between the assessment committe and society. If the discussion didn’t successful, then the completion can did with consignment in court.
