Abstract
The law research entitled “ Fulfillment The Right Education For Child Prisoners In Young Offenders Institutions”. This research aims to find out whether the right education for child prisoners has been fulfilled. This research using normative law wich using literature in the form of legal regulation and secondary data. This research using qualitative analyze method which done by understanding and formalizing data systematically. The result of this research is that the right education for child prisoners Article 14 Paragraph (1) Letter c Law No.12/1995, but in the implementation still has obstacle to get a teachers which should be prepared by the government.
