Abstract

Narcotics crime is a crime fought by countries in the world that is marked by the international Conventions of Narcotics. The Government's efforts in dealing with narcotics crime are in the form of "Law Enforcement" or law enforcement, namely the birth of Law Number 35 Year 2009 on Narcotics in Narcotics Act is listed government institution authorized in combating narcotics crime that is National Narcotics Agency . Article 64 paragraph (1) of Law Number 35 Year 2009 oncerning Narcotics Establishment of National Narcotics Board domiciled under President and responsible to President. In the duty and authority of the National Narcotics Board mentioned one of them is to coordinate with the Chief of Police of the Republic of Indonesia in the prevention and eradication of abuse and illicit trafficking of narcotics and precursors of narcotics. "In addition the National Narcotics Board also has the authority to conduct investigations and investigations into the abuse and illicit trafficking of narcotics and narcotics precursors".
