Abstract

Writer take on titles the implementation of the security credit by a third party because debtors are not known to exist in Bank Tabungan Negara Branch Yogyakarta , based on the background that Bank Tabungan Negara of not guarantee credit by a third party because there was no connection law. Formulation the problem which are how the implementation of the security credit by a third party because debtors are not known to exist The method of research used empirical type of focusing on social facts and refer to case studies and field research so require primary data as the primary data and secondary data as a data source. The data were analyzed qualitatively by using method of thinking indukti. Based on the data obtained, the results of his research is a third party who will take the credit should guarantee with the Court ruling. Advice provided writer to a third party should not a treaty trading under hand that it was not legal power , better use an authentic deed .
