Abstract

Sharing System Implementation Services Syariah Savings Bank BNI Syariah Branch in the Islamic University of Indonesia YOGYAKARTA. This paper aims to find out more about the implementation of Sharia principles in Shariah bank savings services in BNI Syariah Branch of the Islamic University of Indonesia. This paper uses normative legal research, focusing on the positive legal norms which legislation neighbor to the system results in savings services. During the progress, the banking sector is not only operating conventionally but also in sharia way. Islamic banking with Islamic system is a breakthrough in the world of banking and comes as an alternative for those who doubt the conventional system. There are so many factors why some people choose conventional banks and banks operating in accordance with Islamic law. Customers selecting the sharia system are Muslims who do not want to violate Islamic law inherent in the conventional banking system. According to the hadith mentioned in the Qur'an, it is not valid if a Muslim do a business transaction in a vanity way (not valid according to sharia). As a result, Bank Indonesia provides an option to the public by providing the banking system operates conventionally and in sharia way.
