Abstract

Skirpsi titled: legal protection by police against children as offenders and the narcotics supported while the child commit a crime to do supervision specifically to the best interests of for development and physical growth , mental , and social .Countries and undang-undang must provide legal protection against children either as an offender or victims of crime narcotics based on hak-hak and interests of the .In unveiling an event crimes , but police have a major role to unload an event crimes .
