Abstract

Narcotics effects being the big enemy for people in the world there are need more special act to against people who called narcotics addict. The right public health policy has created to fixed the narcotics addict totally. People who suffer this disease need to have medical rehabilitation and social rehabilitation and we should report himself to acceptance institution of obligated report for narcotics. There is the most problem for narcotics addict is fear of negative labels from another people. This research created to know how the effectivity of acceptance institution of obligated report for narcotics in doing rehabilitation for narcotics addict, to find an information and to analyze the effectivity of acceptance institution of obligated report for narcotics. The research method of this study is empiric method which is focusing on the facts in people. The result of this research are that acceptance institution of obligated report for narcotics is not effective to against the narcotics addict and people didn’t understand about the institution, in other side the narcotics addict didn’t want to report himself to get a rehabilitation.
