Abstract

This research is titled Task and Fungtion of The Land Deed Official in Transitional of Land Right Through Sale and Purchase Agrement to give legal certainty at Pangakapinang City in Province of Bangka Belitung. The back ground of this research is because many peapole in Pangkalpinang don’t know the role of the land deed offical in transition of land right through sale and purchase agreement. The problem formulation of this research are 1. How is the role of the Land Deed Offical in transition of land right through sale and purchase agreement to give legal certainty? 2. What are the obstacles that the Land Deed Offical face when they do their role in transition of land right through sale and purchase agreement? The type of research is empiricial research that focus on the fact of what happen in the community. And the results are 1. The role of the Land Deed Official in transitional of land right through sale and purchase agrement to give legal certainty is corresponding to the PP No 37 Year 1997 jo PP No 24 year 2016. 2. The obstacles that the Land Deed Offical face when they do their role are (a) difference of indentity in the land certificat,( b) lack of socialization from the goverment, (c) difference of the land size in the certificat.
