Abstract

Implementation of the Program Segosegawe in an effort to control air pollution can not be implemented to its full potential as a Circular Letter No. 656/30/SE/2008 is merely an appeal to the general public and Perwal No. 24 In 2008 only a limited effect on the neighborhood junior high school, junior high / vocational school. But Sego Segawe program got high appreciation from various countries. This is because the City of Yogyakarta has demonstrated its commitment to environmental sustainability by launching a Green Program that managed to reduce air pollution levels.Constraints encountered in implementation Segosegawe Program in an effort to control air pollution is the cause of budgetary constraints hampered the program and the selection of inappropriate communication strategies. So far, the strategy relies on communications made outdoor media by using billboards, outdoor media, but this seems to also miss the mark in because it held no information segencar political campaigns.
