Abstract

Writing this law object under study on psychotropic drugs, particularly in terms of circulation and circulation efforts to overcome on psychotropic substances. In terms of substance in this discussion the authors examine on matters pertaining to the circulation of psychotropic drugs such as the factors that affect the circulation of psychotropic drugs, with respect to the author using the methodology of writing or normative literature and have been known also that this circulation associated with psychotropic state security, state security is of course obvious that the police discussed the state apparatus. The police have important tasks related to security, because the police are at the forefront of law enforcement. Circulation of these substances is an evil to be eradicated. In this paper also includes how to control efforts and the obstacles faced by the police in enforcing the law, especially in terms of circulation of psychotropic drugs, because in fact that happened on the field distribution of psychotropic experienced ups and downs in every year, this course was very apprehensive because the perpetrators are still young age and includes the productive age. In this paper stresses or dotted focus on psychotropic circulation starting from the factors affecting psychotropic circulation up to the efforts that affect circulation.
