Abstract

The report/this skript titled “Peranan Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Dalam Menegakkan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Sleman Nomor 11 Tahun 2004 Tentang Pedagang Kaki Lima Terhadap Pedagang Kaki Lima Di Jalan Colombo, Kecamatan Depok, Kabupaten Sleman, Propinsi Diy”. The main law problem from the report is how far the role play of the “Satpol PP” Police taking care the Regional Sleman Rules Number 11 Year 2004 to the object of “PKL”. The aim of the research are to knowing the existences of “Satpol PP”; to knowing the obstacle which passed through by the “Satpol PP”; and to knowing the effort in which “Satpol PP” do to solve all the obstacle to erect of Regional Sleman Rules Number 11 Year 2004 to the “PKL” spesificly on the Colombo Street, Sub Depok, Sleman District, DIY Province. This kind of law observation is the law empirical observation and data analysis that was got by making qualitative analysis. The method used to give conclusion was the inductive thinking method. The result of the research is considering by the conclution of Setiharno, S.IP. as “Kepala Seksi Pembinaan Dan Operasional Ketentraman Dan Ketertiban”, the function is Satpol PP as far is do acts that consist of persuacive way, such as guiding; obstacle which fased by “Satpol PP” are no head Regional Sleman Rules, no head Regional Sleman Rules in which pointing about “PKL” guidances, minimum of “Satpol PP” personil, and goodless operational facilities of “Satpol PP”, several ways that can done are waiting for the agreement/stampted head Regional Sleman Rules, applying an application of recruitment of personel, and using private vehicle as operational good. The advise for the regional goverment are to legalize as soon as possible Head Regional Sleman Rules wich consisted by rules that guiding about “PKL” arrangement, adding personels of “Satpol PP” as many as it required, and adding operational vehicle goods of “Satpol PP” is it needed.
