Abstract

The fact that the disabled person is one of the Indonesian citizens makes them achieved the same right as the other citizens in the society. They have opportunities in every field including the right in getting a job opportunity. However, in this country, recently found that there are many disabled persons still did not achieve their right to get a job. Therefore, the Social Labor and Transmigration Agency has the important part in controlling the implementation of Chance Giving Surveillance for Disabled Person Monitoring rules. The problem arises on the role of the Social Labor and Transmigration Agency of Yogyakarta to the Implementation of Chance Giving Surveillance for Disabled Person Monitoring of Companies in Yogyakarta and any constrains that found during the monitoring of the job opportunity granting. The purpose of this research is to recognize and analyze the role of the Social Labor and Transmigration Agency of Yogyakarta to the Implementation of Chance Giving Surveillance for Disabled Person Monitoring of Companies in Yogyakarta. Meanwhile, the form of this law research is an empirical law. The researcher used a qualitative research as the analysis methodology which is take the primary data of qualitative measurement from the interview with the informant and also the secondary data in a form of primary law references such as the law and regulations and other secondary references. Through conducting this research, the researcher got the fact that the role of the Social Labor and Transmigration Agency of Yogyakarta to the Implementation of Chance Giving Surveillance for Disabled Person Monitoring of Companies in Yogyakarta has not work well. It happened because of the following factors such as the routinely control has not running well yet, the company accessibility for employing the disabled person has not eligible, and the treatment for the company which bump into the rules of Chance Giving Surveillance has not set up based on the law and regulation in this country.
