Abstract

This legal writing aims to determine the implementation of one stop integrated service at the Department of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Sintang District as a form of public service, knowing the constraints faced in the implementation of integrated one stop service, and know the efforts that can be done to overcome obstacles constraints in the implementation of one stop integrated services. The research method used in the writing of this law is the method of normative law research. This normative legal research requires secondary data consisting of legislation, books, internet, and interviews with resource persons. The result of the research shows that the implementation of one stop service at the Department of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Sintang District has not fully implemented the one stop integrated service objectives and principles as defined by the regulating legislation, the implementation of one stop integrated services still encounters technical obstacles and juridical constraints, and ways that can be done to overcome these obstacles is by technical and juridical too.
