Abstract

The legal writing is entitled “Registration of Transfer of Land Ownership Rights of Waqf in Tegal City of Java Province”. This research goal is find out how the registration of transfer of land ownership rights of waqf in Tegal City of Central Java Province. The legal writing using the method of empirical legal research conducted directly to the respondents based on the fact that there is in the field. Based on research result which showed that the implementation of transfer of land ownership rights of waqf has provided legal certainty. It is because the transfer of land ownership rights because endowments has been registered to the land office.
