Abstract

Implementation of procurement of goods and services have a new E-tendering electronic system it required supervision from The Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition order to maintain a conducive competition climate. The essence of undergraduate thesis discusses how the Role of The Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition in E-Tendering organized by Government Procurement of Goods and Services Agency. This study aims to determine the role of The Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition in E-Tendering organized by Government Procurement of Goods and Services Agency. The method of this study uses normative legal research, that focuses on examining the norms of positive law. The result of the research shows that the role The Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition of in E-Tendering process is not maximal because during the law enforcement process E-Tendering is only refers to the usual tende. Therefore the supervisory function is not maximal and Head of Government Procurement of Goods and Services Agency Regulation have not involved in the supervision process of The Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition the access that used into data base on the have auction is missing.
