Abstract

The title of this essay is the Differences of Implementation of Functional differentiation Principles in the General Courts Environment With Military Courts. The goal is to know the difference in implementation. The type of research used is normative legal research conducted / focused on positive legal norms in the form of legislation. In this case it focuses on the legislation regarding the Differences in the Implementation of Functional differentiation Principles within the General Courts Environment with Military Courts. There are differences in the implementation of the existing functional differentiation principle within the General Courts with the Military Courts environment, which becomes the distinction that the Military Courts environment is influenced by the principle of unity command and structure of rank.
