Abstract

This thesis is entitled ULegal Protection Agains Salon activities in Yogyakarta". Issue in this thesis are how the legal remedy to protect environment from beauty salon activities in Yogyakarta and what the constraints from beauty salon activies in effort to provide legal protectiol1 against the environment by beauty salon in Yogyakarta. The objective of this thesis is to analyze the legal remedy to protect the environment from beauty salon activies in Yogyakarta. This study is a empirical legal research. The result from this research that the effort to protective measures and supervision from government is not yet implemented with accurate by the entrepreneur of beauty salon in Yogyakarta.
