Abstract
The Title of this Undergraduate Thesis is the Role of Land Acquisition for Public Interest in the Development of The Green Open Public Space. This study aims to examine how the implementation of land Acquisition for green development in Banggai Regency according to Law Number 2 of 2012 concern Land Acquisition for Development for Public Interest. This Undergraduate thesis uses Empirical Method. The result shows that generally, the implementation of land procurement for green development in Banggai Regency is not in accordance with Law Number 2 of 2012 concern Land Acquisition for Development for Public Interest. Other result indicates that the process of deliberation of the form and value of compensation are not in accordance with Law Number 2 of 2012 concern Land Acquisition for Development in the Public Interest and Presidential Regulation Number 71/2012 concern the Management of Land Acquisition for Development in the Public Interest
