Abstract

The legal writing entitled “The Application of the Criminal Sanction of Article 51 Section 3 Indonesian Republic Acts Number 30 of 2009 on Electricity to the Perpetrators of Electricity in PT. PLN (Persero) Region of Suluttenggo, Area of Manado”. With the purpose of obtaining the data concerning the The Application of the Legal Sanction of Article 51 Section 3 Indonesian Republic Acts Number 30 of 2009 on Electricity in PT. PLN (Persero) Region of Suluttenggo, Area of Manado. The legal writing is a normative legal writing. The normative legal writing is a research that focus on legal positive law norm that is formed of the regulation of legislation that related with the criminal sanction to the perpetrators of electricity in PT. PLN (Persero) Region of Suluttenggo, Area of Manado. In taking the conclusion, a deductive thought process is used which is the legal reasoning that proceeds from a general proposition whose the truth has been known which ends in a new conclusion of a special nature. The legal writing will discuss The Application of the Criminal Sanction on Electricity. This sanction is not applied in PT. PLN (Persero) Region of Suluttenggo, Area of Manado, because it aims the internal regulations that led to the implementation of administrative sanction.
