Abstract

The Law writing/Thesis is entitled EXAMINATION PROCES OF CHILD FACEING THE LAW TO FULFILLS THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD AT THE INVESTIGATION STAGE UNIT PPA. SAT. RESKRIM POLRES SRAGENwith the formulation of the problem: 1. How the examination proces of child dealing with the law, purpose fulfills the best interest of the child at the investigation stage unit PPA. Sat. Reskrim Polres Sragen, and 2. What is the obstacle of the investigator, purpose fulfills the best interest of the child.Based on the results of the analysis, it is found thatthe process of examination of the Child facing the law in the stages of investigation Unit PPA Sat. Reskrim Polres Sragen has been conducted by investigators who have the competence as a child investigator who specializes in the field of investigation of the Child against the law, so that the best interests for the child has been fulfilled. In overcoming obstacle, then the solution invites structural officials from the district level in this case the Empowerment of Women and Children up to urban or village level to participate in the handling of children.
