Abstract
Advocate Profession is a right that attached to the Profession that call Immunity right. To find out about the implementation of immunity right in the advocate’ work, this research is done. The purposes of this research are to examine what is the implementation of the immunity right in advocate profession doing their job going well or not. The research model for this study is normative law, means that it is focusing on law positive norm, such as rules legislation. Rule legislation used related to the immunity right to doing their job, with action, description, systematic, analysis, interpretation, and positive law judge, vertically and horizontally to know the view of immunity right by advocate themselves. The result of this study is the immunity right that is had and attached to the advocate profession can be said the implementation has protected advocate profession’s work, even in their job accompany their clients in the court and outside the court. Immunity right can also be used by advocate as the based rules to give accompaniment to their clients in the court, is susceptible used to justify their acts, where in this situation, advocate can make themselves right for everything their done and protect themselves under immunity right.
