Abstract

The title of tihs legal writing is The Legal Effort for members of the military who are treated unlawfully in the process of investigation by the investigator in military court, The background of this legal writing is because in the process of investigation often occur arbitrary action by the investigatior to the suspect, im general court we know about the legal effort for the suspect who are trated unlawfully by the investigator that is pretrail, but in the militarr court pre-treil is not recognize because in the military court embraced unity of comman dprinciple, therefore author wont to know what the Legal effort for members of military are treated unlawfully in the process of investigation by the investigator in military court.
