Abstract

This thesis entitled to the legal protection of property rights of land holders in the implementation of land acquisition for the market construction in the City Instruction Ruteng, Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara. The main issue is how the phase of land acquisition for the Presidential Market in the Village Pitak, City of Ruteng, Manggarai and why in the building in the Village Pitak Presidential Market, City of Ruteng, Manggarai there are former holders of rights to land for redress. Purpose of this paper is to know the law, analyze and answer the research question using empirical legal research conducted directly to the respondents as the main data. Data in this study using primary data and secondary data. Primary data is the data obtained through interviews directly from respondents about the object studied and then analyzed qualitatively. Conclusion of this research is the implementation of the land acquisition for the construction market in the town of Ruteng Instruction, Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara is not in accordance with the procedures set forth in Rule No. 15 of 1975. Form has not been the implementation of the legal protection is still there four respondents who do not obtain redress.
