Abstract

The title of this legal thesis is “Application Of Criminal Sanctions Against Illegal Foreigners Psychotropic Traffickers Who Were Captured In Indonesia”, the purpose of this thesis is to understand the application of the law against foreigners psychotropic traffickers caught in Indonesia and to find the factors prominent causes of the many foreigners who were captured in Indonesia due to psychotropic circulate illegally. The conclusion is laws applied to crack down on foreign nationals is to use psychotropic traffickers Act. 5 / 1997 on Psychotropic Substances.
