Abstract

The practice of illegal levies is a serious problem in the country of Indonesia, because it has damaged the joints of life in society, nation and state so that the need for eradication efforts firmly, integrated, efficient, and able to cause deterrent effect. Therefore, The Task Force clean sweap illegal levies was established by Joko Widodo government. However, in the practice The Task Force clean sweap illegal levies has not run effectively as expected by many parties, there are still many shortcomings of some aspects of both the rules of law, facilities, law enforcement itself, society, even the culture that lives in society. The existence of various obstacles such as law hence needed the right solution to solve the problem so that The Task Force clean sweap illegal levies in Karanganyar Regency can run effectively in cleaning the practice of illegal levies. Solutions that can be done are such as the establishment of special law on illegal levies, the existence of fast and efficient public service improvements, facilities that support the strategic location of the community, approaching and protecting the community.
