Abstract
This title of research is The implementation of public services in the population and civil registration (Disdukcapil) in Tangerang City from Profesionality aspect and accountability. The kind of research used in this research is research empirical law, which used data primary as the main databank and secondary data as do administration order the population and civil registration (Disdukcapil) in Tangerang City, head of the population and civil registration (Disdukcapil) in Tangerang City and Riawan Tjandra as a master of law the administration. Data generated will be analyzed qualitatively and the withdrawal of conclusion done through a method of think inductive. Data collected is public service in public services in the poplJlation and civil registration is not profesional and accountable also have much problems in reality to give public services.
